The Team
The IT Concepts Ltd workforce is made up from qualified individuals who understand the importance of the ‘personal touch’. This has been a major factor over the years of operation in building strong ongoing relationships with customers. We find that a small number of our customers have limited knowledge of the capabilities or range of information technology and our team have a wealth of knowledge within this field. We understand the need to balance technology and benefits to offer the customer a variety of IT solutions in order for them to make a decision based on what best suits their needs.
Given that Health and Safety has rightly become one of the essential aspects of any working environment, the IT Concepts Ltd team have undergone many training courses based around the safest and most effective way to use specific equipment. Some of the courses attended by the team include:
- IPAF Operator training on mobile work platform
- PASMA User training on platform towers
- Enviro health and safety induction
All our employees hold Construction Skills Certification Scheme cards with the construction qualification of Comms. Installer (Infrastructure). They have in addition regular Criminal Record Bureau checks.
